Feature of SC Series Construction Hoist
1. The hoist drive unit adopts a three motor drive mode. This multimotor drive greatly increases the contact points between pinion and rack and reduces the meshing contact stress, which contributes to smooth operation. It can also effectively reduce the probability of falling accidents caused by gear tooth fracture.
2. Our construction hoist is equipped with a variety of protection devices.
a. The patented anti-fall safety device is safe and reliable.
b. The load limiter offers accurate weighing and anti-jamming features, ensuring the overload protection. In addition, a backup pin axle at the junction between the drive unit and cage will provide protection if the load limiter breaks.
c. The upper and lower travel limit adopts double protection device to prevent accidents.
d. All doors and windows of the cage are equipped with reliable electromechanical interlocking device. Hence, the cage will fail to start or stop immediately when any door or window opens abnormally.
3. The hoist comes with a reliable electrical control system. The simple and clear electrical control circuit design makes it easier to operate and maintain the system. In addition, the electrical control loop adopts 36V safety voltage control, which contributes to high safety of the machine. Moreover, the switch is designed with operation and installation interlocking function, which means operation and installation can not be simultaneously performed.
4. Due to the adoption of computer aided calculation, our construction hoist is reasonably designed to reduce the overall weight without compromising strength, rigidity and stability.
5. An electric boom is installed on the top of the cage, which can be used to perform installation, disassembly and section increasing operations if other lifting equipment is unavailable at the construction site. It also helps facilitate the maintenance and replacement of parts.
6. The cage is widened by 200mm, making the clear width inside the cage reach 1.48m. This allows two trolleys to be loosely placed side by side in the cage, thereby improving the vertical transportation efficiency.
7. To further enlarge the effective space of the cage, the drive unit is mounted on the cage top. This also greatly reduces mechanical vibrations in the cage, creating a spacious and comfortable work environment for workers.
